How to Treat Pimples Natural Home Remedies
Home Remedies For Acne
We have all struggled with acne at one point or another. The idea of having your yearbook photographs taken with a severe acne outbreak is a terrifying thought. However, this tends to happen anyway. The reality is, pimples respond to stress in a not so pleasant way. The more stress you introduce into your life because of your acne, or anything for that matter, and the more your outbreak worsens.
Could there possibly be a swift and effective method to rid your skin of acne? Why don’t we study a few:
Clean Your Face
Clean your skin thoroughly at a minimum of twice a day with lukewarm water. Do not scrub your face too much. Use soap. Then smoothly clean the area again to eliminate any microbe bacteria. These bacterial microbes are the primary reason for the pimples being sore and painful. Getting rid of these germs will subsequently lessen the impact of the acne outbreak on your skin and face.
Don’t Touch
Do not pop your pimples. Don’t touch them either. Touching them can and will further irritate them. Breaking them will result in the spread of bacteria to other parts of your face causing an even larger outbreak. If a pimple happens to burst, then lightly clean the area and clear any liquid with a cotton swab. Clean your face gently without causing irritation to the skin.
Unfortunately makeup has a tendency to clog the pores. Not very good for our acne problem, is it? If you happen to apply makeup to your face, then remember to properly clear it away at night. Clogged pores will only strengthen the impact of acne.
Benzoyl Peroxide
A benzoyl peroxide cream is one way to eradicate acne. There are quite a few acne fighting products containing this ingredient. It is a successful way to remove pimples. There are also numerous other formulas like lotions and soaps that have this effective ingredient as well. Select a product that uses less than 3% benzoyl peroxide concentration.
Salicylic Acid
Salicylic Acid is another solution for acne. This product works by dissipating the old dead layer of skin, revealing a clean layer of new skin. When you begin working with this ointment, your skin may feel flaky and dry for some time. After that time has passed you will see that your pimples have disappeared.
Retinoids
Retinoids are a division of chemical compounds that can regulate epithelial tissue growth and can also alleviate acne on a cellular level. They can prevent inflammation in the vessels of your skin and stop them from holding on to dirt and discharges that trigger acne.
Face Mask
Two times per week, to dry out oil and sweat, apply a face-mask. You can test olive oil combined with oatmeal and cucumber as a productive face mask. Egg whites are ideal for cleaning pores. Afterwards, clear the face-mask with lukewarm water. Other easily accessible acne preventing homemade preparations include sandalwood paste, lavender and rosewood oil.
